Network
Design engineer, select, procure, install, commission, operate and maintain the necessary infrastructure required for delivery of video content over the internet. Negotiate, pier, procure, manage and allocate cost effective bandwidth solution for delivery of content. Manage, control, analysis of web traffic to VOD website(s).
Website Development:
Website design, graphics, layout, color scheme, navigation, programming, database, customer registration, e-commerce, shopping cart, content activation, content loading, managements of DEV sites.
Code Programming
QA on existing services, new developments including customization and client integration into all applications associated with delivery of VOD. Technical papers, code development and documentation.
Customer Liaison
Developing, documenting and execution of regularly scheduled and unscheduled business activities. Managing customer expectations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Legal:
Drafting, review, finalization of contract, agreements, and other business documents. Point of contact for information on all documentation required for transactions.
Finance / Accounting
Management of online accounts, banking, payment processing, charge backs, charge reversals, royalty disbursement, revenue statements, revenue allocations, revenue distributions, statement of accounts, check preparation and all functions related to accounting practices.
